Crystal Spence - Fitness Manager

My father bought me a bike when I was younger and we were asked to play outside all day - Winter, Spring, Summer & Fall, it was easy. I first started working in the Fitness Centre when I was competing in Powerlifting as it gave me the interest to become a Certified Resistance Trainer and Personal Training Specialist. I now manage the Fitness Centre and Women's Only Gym. I have 17 years experience and learn something new everyday - to be open to change - have fun - play like a child.
