Strength & Conditioning Bootcamps

Registration for Spring 2017 starts Monday, March 20th!

Kettlebell Bootcamp - 71245

This class will challenge both your muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements. Taught by a certified Kettlebell Instructor, class will incorporate educational components on how to safely and effectively work with kettlebells for all fitness levels and abilities. Class will also focus on helping participants to improve strength and power in the upper body, core and lower body and increase co-ordination, joint mobility and overall endurance. . HST is not included in prices.

Total Tabata

If you think you don't have time for a butt-kicking workout this season, think again! Tabata, a form of high intensity interval training, can burn up to 13.5 calories her minute, meaning just a short workout will leave you sweaty, full of energy, and feeling accomplished.

TRX & Agility Bootcamp (Ages 14+)

An awesome class for the athlete in all of us. Class participants will use TRX suspension trainer for a full body workout. Agility and sport specific movements will be incorporated into the workout. If you've never tried this before, you'll be a pro in no time! HST is not included in prices.

MELT Muscle Care - 71270

MELT is for anyone who wants to slow down the aging process and live better, and longer. For those in their 40s, 50s, and older who want to stay active, mobile, and independant - MELT is a must. MELT is also for active younger adults and athletes who want to maintain a fit, toned body and achieve optimal performance without debilitating wear and tear. Using the proven self massage techniques of MELT, this program will help to improve overall flexibility, posture, and muscle imbalance while reducing pain and restritcions that often being active over the years can lead to.

This program is an alternative to Yoga and more corrective in nature and suitable for everyone. It's time to MELT! Prices do not include HST.

Kettlebell & Kore Bootcamp - 71995

Get in shape bootcamp style! Using a kettlebell and targeting your core, participants will experience high intensity, full body workouts that target your total body. Prior kettlebell experience not necessary. Participants will learn fundamental movements required to use a kettlebell safely and efficiently in their workouts! Prices do not include HST.

Kick Boxing (Ages 14+) - 71246

The drills are designed to help develop cardio, agility, and flexibility, as well as, lean muscle, endurance, and confidence. You will learn how to punch and kick properly, also using elbows and knees. Street smart safety is also part of this class. There is no sparring or hitting each other in this class. Heavy bags, pads, and shields are provided for striking. Instructor Earl Wilson. Prices do not include HST.
